The Supreme Court of India has given a pregnant verdict by permitting a pregnant woman of 26 weeks to abortion. The Supreme Court allowed the woman of Barasat, West Bengal, to abort the fetus due to the defect in the embryo. Abortion will be done in special circumstances. On Monday, the bench of the Supreme Court of Justice Deepak Mishra and Justice M Khanuwilar ordered.According to the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP), abortion is legal within 20 weeks. However, in cases where these sophisticated experiments are not performed, such children are born.Then Justice DY Chandrachur and Justice Sanjay Kishen Kaul ordered the medical board of Calcutta to consider this matter. The Supreme Court wants experts like whether there is any need for the woman's abortion at all, or whether there is any problem in her mother's body.But this couple is not the first. Many people went to the Supreme Court before getting permission for abortion. The courts have given them permission, and have not given them anywhere.
