Immediate abortion procedure must be done in SSKM. The woman and her husband, who resides in Barasat, request an abortion to the Supreme Court. The woman was then pregnant with 24 weeks. Then on June 23, the Supreme Court constituted a seven-member medical board for pregnant and fetal health examinations.

However, in cases where these sophisticated experiments are not performed, such children are born.Then Justice DY Chandrachur and Justice Sanjay Kishen Kaul ordered the medical board of Calcutta to consider this matter. The Supreme Court wants experts like whether there is any need for the woman's abortion at all, or whether there is any problem in her mother's body.But this couple is not the first. Many people went to the Supreme Court before getting permission for abortion. The courts have given them permission, and have not given them anywhere.
