After 70 years of governance in India, it is apparent that the only achievement of Congress party was scams, scams and scams. But this leader from the India National Congress is bit unique because he didn’t receive any monetary rewards (bribes) for getting the work done. This was all recorded in the CD which proved that current Congress spokesperson AM Singhvi was on CD doing sex in court premises in lieu of granting promotion.
AM Singhvi made all efforts to block this video from telecasting on the mainstream media. Later he also said that the video was “forged, concocted, morphed and fabricated”. If the video was morphed, as said by Singhvi, why did he try to block it from telecasting in the media or YouTube?
Currently he is a MP representing Rajasthan in the Rajya Sabha. Singhvi is popular for throwing baseless allegations against PM Modi and right wing organisations. But does he have moral right to question PM Modi? Singhvi is still a top leader in the Congress party and this shows that Congress doesn’t have any ethics.
The video was first uploaded on May 3 , 2012 at around 9 PM but was pulled down within 20 minutes as it violated YouTube’s terms of service on nudity and sexual content. But the person who uploaded this video soon created a facebook page and attached the links to the video. The creator had also threatened to expose many other politicians.
The video shows that it is the Court Chamber room where Singhvi was allegedly caught in the act. Mukesh Kumar Lal, the driver of Singhvi, was accused of filming the CD secretly and blackmailing Singhvi to make the CD public. As a result, Singhvi had to resign as the Congress spokesperson and chairman of the parliamentary standing committee on law and justice.
Presently, the Congress party is creating nuisance by targeting PM Modi for all the crime that is committed by a random person. Now by looking at this video, it is clear that Congress leader AM Singhvi had clearly misused his power.
Only after the social media got prominence, the acts of such kind leaders started to get exposed. Since weeks, apparently Congress is obsessed with the word “Chutiya”. Digvijay Singh and Manish Tewari had used these words and abused the followers of PM Modi. By looking at the track record of other Congress leaders, the comments made by Digvijay Singh and Manish Tewari isn’t shocking.
Soon after this gained media coverage, AM Singhvi quit as a party spokesperson and the chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Law and Justice. Later in a press conference, he said that “I have done this only to prevent even the slightest possible Parliamentary disruption regarding the purported CDs being circulated about me. Since I am a disciplined party soldier, I did not think it fit to subject the party to any inconvenience on this account. All allegations are patently baseless and false”.
