The International Children's Film Festival of Kolkata has started. Bangladesh, Japan, France, Iran, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and United States, in 22 countries, there are 225 children's festivals.
A total of three films will be shown at this year's festival of Bangladeshi renowned filmmaker Morshedul Islam and actor-director Afzal Hossain.
In the evening on January 19, the festival was inaugurated by Nosh Islam and Samiul Alam, two children from West Bengal, including Khusmat Gil, National Film Award-winning national film awards. State Minister for Education Partha Chattopadhyay, State Minister for Information, Indranil Sen, Child and Kishore Academy Chairperson Arpita Ghosh and Secretary Gautam Gangopadhyay were present as the chief guest.
The sniff picture is shown as an opening photo of the festival. Seeing this, children and adolescents in the crowd gathered in front of the auditorium in front of the parents. Many are eagerly waiting for Bangladeshi movies to watch. The organizers also hope that many more visitors will be seen on the day of Bangladeshi exhibition.
Goutam Gangopadhyay, secretary of the Children's Kishore Academy, said that Morshedul Islam's 'Aankhi and his friends' festival will be displayed three days. On January 22nd in Nandan, on January 25 in Rabitithritha and on the last day of 27th January in the non-Hindus. Likewise, actor-director Afzal Hossain's Chhotukoku series 'Bukha Khalee Bogra' and 'Rajshahi Rosogolla' will be screened on 24th January at the Ajindra and Shishir stage.
'Dipu number two' -led director Morshedul Islam's 'Akhi and his friends' are happy to be found in the film festivals. Children's writers-writers and audiences of Kolkata are also happy. Renowned child artiste Deep Mukhopadhyay said at the inauguration ceremony, "We can understand how fine the producers of Bangladesh can make films in 'Dipu Number Two'. Acting, sound and presentation in Bangladeshi movies can be illustrated by many manufacturers of our episodes. "
Although the festival is scheduled to start on Friday, films from Nandan-1, Nandan-2, Nandan-3, Rabindrasadan, Shishir Manch, Rabitirtha, Star Theater, and the films selected for the festival will be displayed on Saturday. Similarly, an exhibit titled Feluda Sargram has started from Thursday in the Gaganendra Museum.
