Why BJP Bengal leader Mukul Roy appealed for bail in the Kolkata High Court ?

BJP leader Mukul Roy on Thursday appealed for bail in the Kolkata High Court in the case of former Congress legislator Bijapur MLA Mrinal Kanti Singhhra's death. Mrinal Babu died in 2016. Mrinalbabu's sister filed suit against Barrakpur court against Mukul Babu in that case. After the court order, the case against Mukul Babu has been resumed in the Bijpur Police Station.
With the help of Mrinalabu, the politics started by Mukul Babu. Mrinalbabu was elected a legislator from Bijapur in 1996. Mrinalbubu's sister Sonali Kunda alleged that her grandfather, who was seriously injured in the car, was returning home from Scooter in Halishahar on 8th June 2011. He was first admitted to Kalyani and later in a hospital in Kolkata. But the matter did not tell Sonaladevi to Mukul Babu. Sonali Devi was not allowed to show up with the grandmother in the hospital.

Sonalidebira further complained, after being released from Mrinalabu Hospital, Mukul Babu did not take him to his house at Halishahar. He kept Mrinalabu in a guest house at Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose Road in Calcutta. Sonaladevi went there to meet Dada, but she was not allowed to meet him. Later, Sonaladevi refused to take the complaint to the Bijpur Police Station to complain against Mukul Babu, police said.
Mrinalabu died in a private hospital in Calcutta in 2016. On January 9, Sonal Dewi filed a case against Barakpur court. The judge directed the Bijpur Police Station to immediately submit the report of the investigation into the FIR and submit the report. Sub-inspector of Begumpur Police Station, Mujibur Rahman filed a case against the court.

Then, in anticipation of arrest, the court appealed for bail in the
Kolkata High Court, Mukul Babu. This year, the High Court Justice Jaimalya Bagchi Division Bench has the possibility of hearing the case.
