At least one person was killed and six injured in a suicide bomb attack near the headquarters of the NATO forces in Kabul's capital Kabul. The area is known as Kabul's diplomatic zone and the US embassy is located near the attack site.
Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish confirmed that a person was attacked by a man in Kabul's Shash Darak in the morning today (Saturday). He said the number of dead could not increase due to the attack. The identity of the deceased was not known.
None of the suicide attacks claimed, but the Taliban and Daishi terrorists are active in Afghanistan. They usually do such attacks.
US forces invaded Afghanistan in 2001 in the name of Taliban overthrow, but they could not achieve the goal even after 17 years. The BBC said in a poll last month that Taliban's activities in nearly 70 percent of the area are in Afghanistan. Many international analysts say that America actually did not invade Afghanistan in order to overthrow the Taliban, but they confirmed military presence in Afghanistan targeting Iran, Russia and China. In this case, they used the Taliban only as an excuse.
