No barrier to arrest Gorkha Janmukti Morcha leader Bimal Gurung. The Supreme Court has removed the stay on the arrest today. Besides, Bimal Gurung accused of the blast in Darjeeling had requested the transfer of the case from West Bengal. Supreme Court rejected his appeal today. Chairman of GT Banoy Tamang, once a close associate of Gurung welcomed this verdict and thanked the Supreme court as more peace has been set up in Darjeeling.
