VO— A video of Jamal Momin (32) being assaulted for not saying Indian Prime Minister’s name inside a train by some men, has gone viral.
On Tuesday the video of the incident went viral on the internet (Whatsapp) in North 24 Parganas and Kolkata area, where Jamal was seen siting in the train and he was asked the name of Prime Minister of India But the man said Mamata Banerjee. Later he was asked who is the Chief Minister of West Bengal, in reply he said Kaliachak (which is located in Maldah district of the state). When Jamal was asked the PM and CM’s name he puzzled. He said Mamata Banerjee is the CM of West Bengal, but can not say PM’s name. so it make the questioner along with others anger and abused Jamal saying that “ you live in India but don’t know PM’s name”. he was asked who was Nawaz Sharif? But his straight cut answer “I can not say’. Then he was asked who is the President of India? What is the National Anthem? When he says I don’t know and then Jamal is slapped openly. Though later he utterly speaks “Jana Mana Adhinayaka”.
In the video, some men in the train are seen forcing Jamal to say `Vande Mataram’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
Jamal says he does not read in the school so much. The men said you can offer Namaj but why not National Anthem? It need not any school or study.
At last Jamal was asked in Gujrat who is behind of massacre, he utterly speaks Modi. Then he is slapped again and says that you have been taught this things in mosque but you can not good thing. You all (Muslim) know how to destroy the country.
Jamal says his father’s name is Jainul Momin. But it not clear where the video shoot.
