Petrol and diesel prices have been reduced to just one paisa per liter. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) said it was wrong to reduce the oil price by 60 paise to 60 paisa. Today the oil price has been reduced by 1 paisa. Now, petrol price in Delhi is 78 rupees 42 paisa. Diesel price is 69 paise 30 paise.
On Wednesday morning, the price of petrol in Delhi was reduced by 60 paise to 77 rupees 83 paise. Diesel price was reduced by 56 paise to 68 paise to 75 paise. Within a few hours, IOC said petrol and diesel prices were reduced by only a penny of liter. "This is a clerical mistake," said an Indian Oil Corporation official.
