The incident took place in Madhyapradesh’s Betul. My nations
subscription said that , while returning home a businessman named Mahesh
Agarwal , a mid-aged person was doing unnatural things. He told about that
incident to few persons.

Before this in 2013 Balaghat district has seen same sort of
cow raping incident. That youth also handed over to the police. On section 377
he was arrested. In 2016 same sort incident took place.
