women sex relationship will not be said as rape . Bombay high-court has given
this verdict on a case of lover’s sex relationship with a woman. Rape charge
was there on a 21 year old boy from her lover. That lady’s charge is that the
man has given her marriage proposal. But at one time their relationship got
stuck and they were separated. After that the lover has charged her male
partner of rape . For this purpose the Mumbai high court said on marriage
proposal sex relationship will not be charged as rape for adults. Mumbai High
Court judge Mridula Bhatkar said that. The judge also said society has changed
a lot these days.
