STATE GOVERNMENT COULD NOT GIVE PERMISSION ON DMK CHIEF’S BURYING! VIOLENCE

State Government could not give permission to ex-CM of Tamilnadu M Karunanidhi’s burying at Marina Beach. Although DMK has forwarded this matter to Madras High Court. The Party wants a quick resolution on this matter. Chief Justice , Huluvadi G Ramesh is ready to hear the case at night.
Violence erupted after State Government neglected DMK’s demand. DMK people was clashed with the police. Allegation is that to gain control over the situation police made a stick charge. DMK working chief Secretary M K Stalin requested the party workers to follow the rules. On the other side State Government has not given permission on M Karunanidhi’s burying at Marina Beach. There are already many cases hanging in Madras High court to give bury at Marina beach. There is already existing Coastal Regulation. Although while DMK lodged a case in the Madras High Court , justice Doraiswamy said cases pending related to bury at Marina Beach should be withdrawn. He said “ I am withdrawing all the cases as Karunanidhi is very important to us.” Today early in the morning , beside Annadurai Immortal sculptre M Karunanidhi’s immortal sculpture will be made , M K Stalin and Karunanidhi’s Daughter Kanimojhi have requested that to K Palanswami, the chief minister. But the Chie Minister said on Sardar Patel road near Gandhi Sculpture two acre land will be allotted for  Karunanidhi’s burial.

News spread that , as he was not the current CM , that is why his burial could not be given a place at Marina beach. Interestingly , Marina beach has buryals of AIADMK’s originator M G Ramchandran and previous CM Jayalalitha.
