Manohar Parrikar's health leads to political tug of war in Goa

After Parrikar was admitted to AIIMS,Congress party trying to form a government in Goa in lieu of the absence of the chief minister.
Due to Parrikar's constant ill health in the last few months, BJP government had decided to bring changes in the cabinet. However, the claims of Congress party led to a political war in the state.
