Mother dairy to not change it's prices due to competition

Mother Dairy, who sells products such as milk, curd and vegetable, has said that it will lessen it's rates for the sake competition from any other company.

Mother Dairy has said this since the announcement of the sale of milk at a lower price in the market recently by the Patanjali Group. Mother Dairy, who sells about 7 lakh liters of cow milk daily in Delhi NCR, has also expressed confidence that more and more companies coming to this sector will not have any impact on its sales.

Patanjali Ayurveda, Haridwar's company has announced to sell cow's milk in the market at a price of 40 rupees per liter. Mother Dairy costs 42 rupees for this. Saugat Mitra, director of Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable Pvt Ltd, said, "We will neither raise the price of cow's milk nor bring it down. We welcome the competition.

He said, "We have been working in Delhi NCR for last 40 years. Our customers are honest about the brand. "Mitra said," Canned cow milk market is 10-12 lakh tonnes per day. We currently sell about 7 lakh liters of milk per day and are expected to reach 8 lakh liters by March next year. "Overall, Mother Dairy supplies about 36 to 37 lakh liters of milk per day. Of this, 32 lakh liters of milk is being sold through 1400 retail outlets in the National Capital Region of Delhi.

Last week, Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Ayurveda had knocked on this sector by offering cow's milk and milk products. The company has set a target of selling around Rs 1,000 crore for the financial year 2019-20. Amul and Parag Milk also sell cow's milk in Delhi NCR.
