Syska group has teamed up with Singapore-based Biometronics and Taiwan-based optical system solution provider Suyin Optronics to launch India's First Camera Module Factory.
The factory is to be set up in Noida with a budget of 200 crores which will be utilised in three phases.Syska has been eyeing the mobile market after building ground in the market of electronic equipments such as automotive, drones, security systems, medical etc,.
In the project, Syska will be having 49 per cent stake in the venture while Biometronic and Suyin will have 41 per cent and 10 per cent respectively.
The new company is expecting a turn over of Rs 1800-1900 crore by the end of three years as stated by Syska Company director Rajesh Uttamchandani.
