Two FIRs have been registered against Union Minister of State Babul Supriyo

Two FIRs have been registered against Union Minister of State Babul Supriyo in his Lok Sabha constituency, Asansol.
It is alleged that Supriyo threatened a local to 'break his legs'.
The Union Minister was there to attend an event for the Specially Abled people.
An FIR has been lodged at the Barnpur railway station while the second FIR has been lodged at Asansol South Police Station. The complaint registered against them has been said, "The behavior of the Hon'ble Minister and the threat given by him should be dealt with legally."
A video filmed by locals went viral in which Babul Supriyo is seen threatening the local. came in a lot of discussion on social media, which angered people quite a lot.
When asked about the gravity of the situation Supriyo replied , "People know me, I do not need to give any kind of cleansing. I have my own way of handling things . There is no point in creating controversy. '
