The Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is in news for all the wrong reasons. After spreading misinformation that the UAE is ready to give Rs 700 crore to the flood inflicted Kerala, now the Kerala CM Vijayan has headed to the United States of America for medical treatment.
There is nothing wrong in going to the United States of America for treatment but I’m talking of the hypocrisy of the Kerala CM. On 3rd October 2017, the CPI (M) had tweeted “We invite UP CM Yogi to visit Kerala Hospitals to learn how to run Hospitals effectively!”.
This attack came on Yogi Adityanath after several children faced a tragic death in hospitals due to lack of oxygen and it was alleged that a doctor named Khafeel Khan had shifted the oxygen cylinders to his private clinic.
After CPI (M), the next attack came form Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan who said “It really amuses me that you (Yogi Adityanath) found time for Kerala, despite the fact that a large number of problems exist in UP as per newspaper reports. But dear I am sure this break, (beautiful and happy trip) would help you to get rejuvenated for facing various issues in UP”.
To this pure political tactic, Yogi Adityanth responded saying “While Uttar Pradesh effectively checked the menace of dengue and chikungunya, the Left party and its government have failed in providing basic necessities to people in the state”.
But today the man who used a tragic situation to get political mileage has headed towards USA. The Keralites are in the worst situation and at this time what they need is their leader next to them but the CM is going miles away from them.
The report said, “Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s trip was initially scheduled for August 19 for a period of 17 days, but it was postponed due to the heavy monsoon rains and subsequent floods that ravaged the state”.
It is a known fact that after floods there will a high risk of diseases due to stagnant water, so if the CM himself relies on doctors of foreign land, what about the common people who are unable to afford proper medical care?
This move by the Kerala CM has proved that the CPI (M) government in Kerala has totally failed in providing better healthcare to its people!
How come Kerala CM P Vijayan who invited Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath Ji to visit Kerala hospitals to learn how to run them effectively is heading to USA? If Kerala hospitals are so much sophisticated than why the hypocrite CM is going to United States for treatment?
Other than providing good governance, the Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan has excelled in all the other fields. Its in Kerala where the RSS karyakarthas are lynched on a daily basis yet no actions taken. Several youths from Kerala had joined ISIS yet no actions taken.
