10 schools run by RSS in the state can not be closed: The Kolkata High Court verdict10 schools managed by RSS can not be closed. The High Court's Kolkata High Court judge gave this verdict today by rejecting the notice issued by the North Dinajpur DI.The lack of infrastructure in the school and primary education is being done without the approval of the RSS schools managed by the RSS. The school committee's lawyer Loknath Chattopadhyay had alleged that DI had sent the notice after the education minister called him. Those schools run under Sarada Services Trust. Authorities claim, schools have been running for 10 years. There is no lack of infrastructure. Many children in remote areas are studying here. So, 10 schools were formed in the High Court on 10 April (017). On May 12, the High Court issued an interim stay on the notification issued by the judge, Mr. Arjit Bandyopadhyay. Then the case goes to Justice  Chattopadhyay's office. On December 14, the case was again heard again. There, Additional Solicitor General Kaushik Chandra said that education is the fundamental right of the people. Anyone who can not curb The judge also heard the statement of the state After that, the court stayed the day. He informed that the state will not be able to close the school till the verdict is going on.

Today is the verdict of this case. Justice rejected the notice issued by DI of North Dinajpur. He said that DI is not mandatory to close the school. It is against the law. The State's Education Committee (State Level Committee) has the authority to issue notice only.
