Tripura Chief Election Officer (CEO) Sriram Tarikanti submitted the nomination of 320 candidates, out of which 13 candidates were rejected.
Tripura has got 297 candidates, including 20 women in the 18 February election.
On the last day of withdrawal, 13 candidates withdrew their nomination.
Trinamool Congress candidate Sukumar Chandra Das, former Tripura prime minister MP Samir Ranjan Barman and Tripura grassroots nationalist Trinamohan Jamatia indigenous nationalist group are included.
Dawood has joined the Indian Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday night for the Congress-Shalgara assembly constituency for Congress ticket.
After BJP's request of BJP's state president, Revolution Kumar Dev and Assam Minister Himmat Biswa Sharma, Varanas said that BJP is in electoral duty in Tripura.
CEO said that 25 thousand 78060 voters in 12 thousand 67 thousand 86 female voters are eligible to vote for a new 60-member assembly on February 18.
The ruling Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM) won one candidate after one seat from its Left Front partner Communist Party of India, Forward Bloc and Revolutionary Socialist Party.
The BJP is contesting from 51 seats. His election colleague, Adivasi Janata, has held nine seats for the Front of Tripura (IPFT).
Congress candidates filed for 59 seats.
Trinamool Congress nominated 24 candidates
The Election Commission has appointed 25 general observers, 8 police observers and 19 observers for monitoring the Tripura elections. More than 30 thousand civil officials will be appointed to elect one-fourth of the state assembly.
Besides, more than 30,000 additional central paramilitary forces will be summoned before the election of the state government through the election panel.
