Own correspondent: - Koustav Roy and Shivaji Panja is going to be in much more turmoil. In the Alipore Court the judge dismissed their bail application and ordered four-days Of CBI custody on Monday. Advocate in the plea, demanded bail for the two accused stating investigations on Shivaji Panja for the 2015 case is still being held then why the bail application is being rejected before submitting the chargesheet of the case. CBI's lawyer in answer to this said that there are allocations on Shivaji and Koustav of taking huge amounts of loans from various banks using fake documents, opening a false company and transferring the money abroad. IDBI Bank has filed a complaint against them for taking loans using fake documents in 2013. Those who have been named in the complaint have been caught.
