Own correspondent: - Mrinal Singh Roy, a member of Trinamool party, Kanchrapara, was killed in 2015. Mrinal Singh Roy's family made Mukul Roy responsible for his murder and filled a case against him. Today was its hearing date.
The division bench of Justice Joymalya Bagchi ordered that Mukul Roy won't be arrested till 23 April. Although Mukul Roy claims this case to be plotted against him. After coming out of the court he said," No case has been filled against me till now, then how suddenly a case came out in 2018!"
