BJP companies Supreme Court of issues in Bengal with Panchayat election. BJP's Legal Cell have gone to Supreme Court on Wednesday. The State Election Commission have failed to handle the Panchayat vote process smoothly. Two cases are being filed so that the selection is done fairly. BJP Chairman Dilip Ghosh said that the process of submitting nomination papers has started from Monday. Since the beginning, there have been allegations by the oppositions on ruling party for attacking them in Birbhum, Hoogly, 24 Parganas and several other districts. Not only the oppositions are facing obstacles while fetching nomination forms but also facing the same while submission of the form by TMC members. Already the Trinamool activists have been seen with arms in Dubrajpur, Mayureswar, Labhpur of Birbhum, accuses the opposition. Not only the opposition leaders are being beaten up but a man became victim of TMC's inter conflict and was murdered in Maldah, complains BJP. Now BJP calls for counter attack of these incidents.
