Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have been looking for an apartment in the city for quite some time. The couple currently resides at Praneta building at Juhu Tara Road. There were reports that they liked an apartment in the flat Ranbir Kapoor resides in, Vastu. However, the couple has now purchased their dream house in Worli.
Shahid has purchased a duplex in Worli for Rs. 56 crores. The actor paid Rs. 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration.
The flat is on the 42nd and 43rd floors of Three Sixty West. The area of the floors is 427.98 square meter and 300.48 square meter including a balcony of 40.88 square meter. The total area of the apartment is 8625 square feet.The actor will also get six car parking spots in the building. It is not known yet how soon the couple will shift to their new home.
The apartment was registered on July 12, 2018 and the deal was finalized on June 27, 2018. It has been registered in the names of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor.
Other celebrities also own flats in the building. Akshay Kumar had also purchased an apartment in the same flat in 2015. Abhishek Bachchan had also bought a flat for Rs. 42 crores in the same building in 2014. Industrialist Niraj Bajaj also paid Rs. 120 crores for the flat on the 50th floor in the same building.
