Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of late actor Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, made a stellar Bollywood debut this year with Dhadak. She was paired opposite Ishaan Khatter in the movie and her performance for the first movie was lauded. Now, given the number of star kids making their Bollywood debuts, media reports suggest that sister Khushi Kapoor is also being groomed to make an early debut. Yes, you read it right and that too opposite Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son. It doesn't get bigger than this, does it?
A Deccan Chronicle report quoted a close family friend of the Kapoors, "Khushi will be launched sooner rather than later, and that too by Karan Johar. Karan’s taken over that responsibility from Boney. Though Khushi’s debut is being kept a well-guarded secret, they’ve already started looking for a suitable script.” On launching her alongside Aryan, the source added, "That’s Karan’s game plan. Let’s see how it goes."
Well, we are sure all eyes would definitely be on this duo if at all the reports are true!
Meanwhile, SRK's daughter made her magazine cover debut this year with Vogue wherein she opened up about the "struggles" she faces as a starkid. Not just that, her debut on the magazine raked the topic of "nepotism" once again with Twitterati trolling the star kid mercilessly. But guess, that's the part and parcel of this profession, eh?
Shah Rukh, on the work front, will next be seen in Zero alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The movie releases on December 21, 2018.
