First arrests made four days after the horrific gang rape

First arrests made four days after the horrific gang rape of Haryana student.
Following the arrest a senior police officer is transferred from the district where the crime took place.
The owner of the tubewell where the 19 year old was gang raped was had allegedly given the place on rent to the accused .
Three of the other accused inclusing an Indian Army Soldier are still in the run . Haryana Police has offered 1lakh cash prize to whoever gives them the lead.
Police are raiding around different places in Haryana , Rajasthan and Delhi to nab the accused.
