Two helicopters of Kingfisher Airlines were sold on Wednesday
According to an official report,two helicopters of Kingfisher Airlines were sold for Rs 8.5 crore in auction held on Wednesday. Now that Kingfisher Airlines has stalled, banks have offered airbus helicopters for the auction to recover their outstanding debt from fugitive liquor businessman Vijay Mallya.
Starting price for both the choppers was kept at Rs 3.5 crores. The e-auction was organized in Bengaluru. A representative of the New Delhi Chaudhary Aviation Facilitige claimed that his company has succeeded in this auction. The company will pay 8.57 crore rupees for two helicopters.
