Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in trouble as FIR filed against him for making a communal comment

The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal is back with his cheap politics. This time he tried to communalise the death of an Apple executive Vivek Tiwari, who was shot by two policemen at close range.
While the family of Vivek Tiwari was in grief as they lost a family member, Arvind Kejriwal used this as an opportunity to score a political point. As usual, he started to slam the BJP and said “Vivek was a Hindu. Why did they kill him then? BJP leaders are raping Hindu girls all over the country. Remove curtains from your mind. BJP is not the well-wisher of Hindus. They won’t even think for two minutes before killing all the Hindus in order to get power”.
Instead of criticizing the leader, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh came out in support of Arvind Kejriwal saying “A Talibani culture is prevailing under the BJP rule. Hindus are being targetted in this government. In Meerut, a Hindu girl was beaten up by cops inside a police vehicle. A BJP MLA was also booked for rape. The Delhi CM spoke to Vivek’s wife and assured that that the party stands with her family completely”.
Deceased Vivek Tiwari’s wife slams the communal angle of Arvind Kejriwal!
While the family members of Vivek Tiwari were not just in grief but also wanted justice, the communal statement of Arvind Kejriwal angered the wife of Vivek Tiwari as she said “The Delhi CM’s statement is unwarranted. He didn’t speak to me about his tweet during phone conversation. But this matter shouldn’t be associated with any caste or religion. I have lost my husband in a barbaric killing by Lucknow police. We only want justice”.
Yes, she clearly slammed the linking of religion to the killing of her husband. Listen to what she says:

Lucknow Incident: Wife of deceased mocked Kejriwal over his tweet giving communal angle to the whole incident.
Appreciated Modi for his societal policies.

Dear @ArvindKejriwal now apologise to the family & stop acting like vultures & running agenda over tragedies.
AAP rebel and MLA Kapil Mishra also attacked the communal politics of Kejriwal saying “Kejriwal should mend his ways as he has lost his mental balance in a bid to attack the BJP. His tweet is a result of dirty politics that he believes in”.
BJP filed complaint against Kejriwal for making a communal statement:
BJP’s Delhi leader Ashwini Upadhyay who is also a Supreme Court lawyer lodged a police complaint on 1st October at Tilak Marg police station for making communal statement on Ankit Tiwari’s death. Ashwini Upadhyay accused him of “promoting enmity on grounds of religion” and “doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony”. Speaking on the complaint, senior police officer said “We are seeking legal opinion on whether a case can be made out with regard to the complaint”.
In another tweet, Arvind Kejriwal had said “Killed an innocent Hindu in daylight. You make his killers do a press conference in the police station. Your minister declares you a criminal. When we ask justice for them, you say we have small thinking” and this indicates that Arvind Kejriwal is a power greedy vulture.
