Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announces MLA Firad Hakim as the chairman of West Bengal's Hindu Temples and had send him in the Ramnavami ceremony, the person who during the last election of Legislative Assembly had termed Kolkata's Garden Reach area as "mini Pakistan".
Mamta claimed that she is India's most secular leader. Like West Bengal's traditional Islamic extremism, Mamata never tackled issues. Mamata has crossed all limits for political gain only. According to the Supreme court's verdict in the year 2014 it was stated that no government had the absolute right to take over the management of temple trusts. But corrupt officials and unethical politicians continued to interfere.
Trusts of each temple are set up with objects to meet certain objectives. The purpose is to help the poor and serve the poor. Many Hindu temples provide health care facilities. But by declaring a Muslim as chairman of Tarakeshwar Temple Board, Mamta cleared her purpose. She wants to create a state where Hindu temples are looted and funds are used to spread communal poison. The example set by Mamta Banerjee is scary.
