Standing out from the crowd is definitely not an easy task. Taking a stand on social or a political issue is something that you would do when your pretty much confident enough about your views. One would think twice before he/she keep forward their decision before the crowd that is repeatedly opposing you.
Blowing air to the on-going Jinnah controversy, a few of the prominent Muslim clerics and community leaders have opted to come forward in open against the presence of Jinnah’s portrait on AMU campus and demanded for its immediate removal.
Talking about the pre-planned controversy of Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s portrait in the student’s union office of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), the national head of All-India Muslim Mahasangh announced a reward of Rs 1 Lakh for destroying Jinnah’s posters!
“I appeal everyone to tear and burn down posters of Jinnah and people like him. I announce a reward of Rs 1 Lakh cash for the one who burns down the poster,” Khan said.
Farhat Ali Khan announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to those who will tear or burn the poster of Jinnah in AMU. Intellectuals who praise People only by checking their Religion & Caste, will not appreciate Farhat’s Voice against Jinnah as Farhat is National head of Muslim ‘Mahasangh’.
Chairman, Islamic Centre of India and member, All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahli condemned Jinnah and claimed that the Muslims of India had nothing to do with him. “Jinnah’s portrait should be removed from the walls of AMUSU hall,” he said while talking to media persons in Kanpur.
It is such a shameful matter to us Indians. Being Indians and Hindus mainly are supporting the presence of Jinnah’s portrait on AMU campus. Whereas these Islamic guides are against it. He is indeed voicing his concern against political interference in educational institutions, the Maulana demanded the closure of ‘Jinnah House’ in Mumbai as it was maintained by the government. They are none other than Congress- the favourite of Jinnah. These are the people who support such Anti-Indian issues from the Congress Party. Do one needs to think before guessing the names of these traitors? I am sure you have guessed them by now.
He also mentioned that the present controversy was being given a blow by the Congress leaders in order to divert the attention of people from right now hot topic- Lok Sabha Elections 2019. Talking further he also added that, students being involved in such issues are very wrong. He is not ready to support it.
Another Muslim leader, Maulana Mehmood Madani, head, Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind had endorsed the demands for removing the portrait from the AMUSU hall, saying that “the Indian Muslims had long back rejected him, his ideology and the partition of India and Pakistan”.
Meanwhile, joining the issue, later joined the workers of Shiv Sena and added to the news. They staged a demonstration against Jinnah and announced a price money of Rs 5 lakh rupees to whoever concerned would remove Jinnah’s portrait from AMU.Applause goes to this man for his stand. Farhat Ali Khan and the others are receiving a great amount of appreciation from the people in the nation. Can I now proudly say that these are true Indians? Being Muslims they have chose to stand for the nation that has protected and nurtured them.
