Asiya Andrabi raging war against India arrested and sent to 10 day NIA custody!


Since years there has been a lobby in the state of Jammu Kashmir who are constantly raging war against India. The Kashmir separatists in the name of Human rights and Azadi have literally destroyed the state of Jammu Kashmir.
Since 30 years the separatist’s groups along with Pakistan are desperately trying to divide Kashmir front the rest of India.Ever since the Modi government came to power, there has been a massive crackdown on funding for the separatists which have made them go desperate.
The National Investigation Agency has now arrested Asiya Andrabi, separatist and Dukhtaran-e-Millat chief for raging war against India. Along with her, two of her associates  Sofi Fehmeeda and Naheeda Nasreen were arrested from Srinagar jail, where they were lodged in connection with cases filed by Jammu and Kashmir Police. They were brought to Delhi on transit remand and produced in a special court, which remanded them in 10 days’ NIA custody.

“The allegations against the accused persons are that they have been using various media platforms to spread insurrectionary imputations and hateful speeches that advocate use of violence against India and secession of the State of Jammu & Kashmir from the Union of India,” NIA IG Alok Mittal said.
The NIA sources also told that Andrabi had links with many terror organisations which are working against India.

According to the remand application, the NIA analysed several numbers used by Dukhtaran-e-Millat members. “…it was found that they were in regular contact with associates who are in Pakistan and involved in anti-India activities. The accused persons named in the FIR had made several calls with terrorists and over-ground workers active in Kashmir Valley,” the application said. (Indian Express).
