Is it true that the Indian Army tortured a Kashmiri civilian as claimed by a Pakistani journalist?

Has Pakistan literally changed its attitude towards India? Is the enemy country actually trying to put forward a hand of Friendship towards India? Well, before you decide all of that, you need to read this. Pakistan has yet again stooped low in its intentions towards India and Indian Army.
In an attempt to push Indian Army into bad light, a video shared by a Pakistani journalist has been advertised by Pakistani’s, where he has alleged that Indian soldiers are torturing innocent people in the Valley.

Well to thank our fortunes, this Fake News spread by the Pakistani Journalist had been debunked by SM Hoax Slayer, a fake news busting site, who has said the torturers are actually members of the Pakistani army!

The video shared by Hamid Mir was Retweeted 10,000 times after he shared it on Twitter, However SM Hoax Slayer, whose real name is Pankaj Jain, subtweeted the story saying:

Being a journalist and spreading doesn't go hand in hand sir, in-fact both are just the opposite. The soldiers torturing are yours, not Indian, so the irony.
You have achieved approx 10,000 retweets. check the video from 17 secs - 21 secs. check reply for proofs
Earlier, Mir had claimed that the video was from Kashmir, hinting its Indian soldiers who are torturing Kashmir civilians and said this is why India is not ready to talk with Pakistan and so Pakistan will ask India about this.
However, if you look at the video closely, you can see that the soldier has the Pakistani flag on his chest. You can watch it in the video clip from 17 seconds to 21 seconds.
Pakistan has tried its best to dump this blame on Indian Army, though the attempt did not work and they got caught red handed. India’s decision of not lending the hand for friendship with the enemy country has come right on its way after this news burst out.
Interestingly, the video was shared in July this year by the spokesperson of the Balochistan Republican Party, where he was highlighting the torture endured on a Baloch citizen by Pakistani soldiers.
Please Have a glance: inhuman and degrading treatment of cruel physical torture of innocent student. Plz, act trough, General Assembly resolution 39/46 of 10 December 1984. in accordance with article 27 (1) @unhcr @hrw @UN @UNHumanRights
Earlier, India cited the “brutal” killing of three policemen in Jammu and Kashmir as well as the release of the postal stamps “glorifying” Kashmiri militant Burhan Wani and this forced India for calling off the meeting between External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and her Pakistani counterpart Qureshi on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York this month.
