A dead body of a newborn baby was found wrapped in a plastic bag on the roadside. The body was found in the 15th Ward under Kotowali police station of Coochbehar in West Bengal. On the banks of River Torsa wrapped in a red plastic the body of a little newborn girlchild was discovered by the locals. Police were informed and further investigation is under progress.
