Student wing of Congress NSUI loses grip in Delhi University, ABVP bags 3 out of 4 seats in students union elections!

The Delhi University which was once the strong fort of NSUI is losing its ground as ABVP is making a strong come back. In the recently concluded students’ union elections in Delhi University, the students’ wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has won 3 out of 4 seats defeating NSUI, AAP and the left party unions.
: ABVP candidates Ankiv Basoya, Shakti Singh & Jyoti Choudhary have won the posts of president, vice president & joint secretary respectively. NSUI candidate Akash Choudhary has won the post of secretary.
The ABVP candidates Ankiv Basoya, Shakti Singh and Jyoti Choudhary won the posts of president, vice president & joint secretary respectively while the NSUI just managed to win the secretary post of the DUSU elections. During counting, the administrators notice technical issues with the EVM which was rectified immediately. However, the Congress which sensed the defeat, utilized this opportunity and went into their usual rhetoric of blaming the EVMs for their loss. They said ABVP was indulged in tampering EVM.
But the ABVP gave a strong rebuttal saying that the Congress had developed the habit of blaming EVMs whenever they loose any elections. The ABVP called it ‘Congress and Aam Aadmi Party style of politics.’
Congress and Aam Aadmi Party style of politics is quite evident in their student organisations too!

When 4th round of counting in gave lead to ABVP with significant margin, NSUI and CYSS started spreading rumours about tampered EVMs.
When loss looks inevitable, clutching onto the excuse of ‘tampered EVMs’ is an old and juvenile technique! ABVP urges both the organisations to not interrupt the counting and face the results gracefully.

Seems like Rahul Gandhi has trained his cadres well to blame the EVM and everything on earth when things don’t go according to their convenience.
